I wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Discount Tire. I was scheduled to drive to an ice fishing tournament in Wisconsin on Saturday, but when I woke up at 6:30 AM, I discovered multiple nails in my tires. I knew I couldn't safely make the trip across Wisconsin's back roads without getting them repaired. I called three different tire shops trying to get help as quickly as possible, but all three turned me away—including the one where I'd spent over $2,500 on tires just three months earlier. As a last resort, I arrived at Discount Tire at 7:30 AM and waited in the parking lot, hoping they could help. When I saw people inside, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Mike. After explaining my situation, he immediately said he'd move up his team meeting to get me back on the road as soon as possible. By 7:45 AM, a team member was at my window with a smile, and by 7:55 AM, my tire was patched and I was ready to go. The entire time I waited in the lobby, the entire discount tire crew was happy to chum it up and talk fishing stories. Even better—they didn't charge me anything for the repair. I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of service Mike and his team provided. They opened early, took care of everything I needed, and did it all with genuine kindness. In today's increasingly automated world, it's refreshing to encounter good-hearted people willing to go above and beyond to help someone in a tough spot. I'm sincerely grateful to this branch and will be bringing all my tire-related business to this location from now on. Thank you, Mike, Olivia, and the entire team!

I'm a little disappointed I was not offered an alignment check on the first car I brought in for rotation/balance that day, but I it was offered on the second car. Would have liked to have the first one checked. The spares on both cars were checked.

My tire pressure light was on but appointments were one week out. I figured I'd drop it off instead and see how things went. They were able to get me right in and replace all the sensors. I was on my way in under 30 minutes! Excellent experience and top notch service!

Staff are nice. Make sure your TPMS works after tire install. Mine still does not and their was another customer with same issue while I was there
